Therapy for people-pleasers and perfectionists.

I’m Katy.

I help people pleasers - exhausted by the endless pursuit of perfection - find their version of good enough.

Good enough is a state of contentment you define for yourself. Once defined, the people pleasing part of you can relax knowing that you are good enough just as you are.

You are in the right place if:

  • You want to feel good enough, seen, and valued.

  • You do everything you can to achieve, follow the rules, do well…but you still don’t feel whole.

  • You are ready to stop sacrificing your needs for the needs of others.

It’s never too late to make a change.

If you want to start feeling like yourself again, it’s time to do some deep work and uncover the patterns that keep you stuck. I will help you let go of perfectionism and people-pleasing so that you can heal old wounds and create space for authenticity, safety, and real connection.

I believe you are inherently good enough just as you are. You already have everything you need to heal and my role is to help you quiet the inner critic and clear the debris of past trauma so that your true self can come through.
